Self-compassion builds resilience, improves mental and physical health and helps us achieve our goals! However, due to the messages we receive about ourselves in a world built for neurotypicals, self-compassion can be particularly challenging for neurodivergent people. This course is designed for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent (no diagnosis necessary). Far from seeking to change who you are, we seek to work alongside you to tap into your unique values, strengths and lived experience to create solutions that work for you and empower you to thrive.
