Self-paced programs

For those of you who can't commit to scheduled sessions or prefer to work alone, we have created self-paced versions of our therapeutic groups.

You’ll get the same content as our live therapeutic groups – organised into clear modules with a workbook and recorded videos from our therapist, Shelley.

You can also ask Shelley questions anytime through email.

MORE PROGRAMS ON THE WAY!

Psst... prefer the accountability and support of a group?

Diverse and Thriving acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, the Bunurong People of the South Eastern Kulin Nation. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters and the continuation of cultural, spiritual, and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We thank them for protecting this beautiful land and its ecosystems since time immemorial. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations Peoples across Australia.
