Self-paced Neurodivergent Burnout and Self-compassion Program

About

Burnout is something many people experience, but neurodivergent people are especially vulnerable. Practising self-compassion has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to recover from and prevent burnout. Self-compassion builds resilience, improves mental and physical health and helps us achieve our goals! However, due to the messages we receive about ourselves in a world built for neurotypicals, self-compassion can be particularly challenging for neurodivergent people. This online program is designed for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent (no diagnosis necessary) to address the unique causes of burnout in neurodivergent individuals and provide solutions tailored to your needs. Far from seeking to change who you are, we seek to work alongside you to tap into your unique values, strengths and lived experience to create solutions that work for you and empower you to thrive.

Diverse and Thriving acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters and the continuation of cultural, spiritual, and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We thank them for protecting this beautiful land and its ecosystems since time immemorial. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations Peoples across Australia.
